Holi Services recruits associates and advertises positions currently available in many ways. One is here on the Holi website. It is important for job seekers to register with our online submittal form and attach a resume when possible. It isn’t necessary to be applying for a specific position because the questionnaire allows you to give additional information about yourself. Make sure to include any special requirements you may have such as hours or location, as well as your preferences of the type of work you enjoy. If there is a specific position that is of interest to you, please make mention of that and anything else that may help us find that perfect job. Our team looks at every inquiry received and we contact applicants if we feel they are a good fit for available jobs. - Weekly Pay: We know that managing your finances is essential. That’s why we offer a weekly payment schedule. You can choose Direct Deposit to your financial institution or a Pay Card. Holi pays every Friday and time is reported to us either by the client or in some instances by you with a timesheet of your hours worked. Since we are a local company, in the unlikely event you have any questions about your pay, we are available to answer questions or correct your pay quickly.
- Career Growth Opportunities: We offer many types of employment including temporary to permanent positions. When you accumulate 520 hours through Holi Services with a particular employer, you have the option to become a permanent employee. This means that if you find a great employer through us, you have the opportunity to secure a permanent position and grow in your chosen field.
- Friends and Family Plan: We have a special plan for those that become Holi associates. Current employees can refer prospective applicants to Holi for employment. Once the referred is hired by Holi and completes 40 hours of employment, the referring associate will receive a monetary bonus.
- Vacation: After one year (52 consecutive weeks) of employment, you will be eligible to receive a 1 week paid vacation at the average hourly rate earned in the prior year.
